A veteran in the emerging Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry, Chrisy joined CampusLogic in early 2016 after leading customer success teams at Mozy and Infusionsoft. She holds a master’s degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University, where she also served as an enrollment advisor.

Our Customer Success guru, Chrisy drives strategies that ensure customers get the most value from their investment—and have the personal support they need.

Customer Success Means Student Success

At CampusLogic, she fulfills that mission by leading a national team of Customer Success Managers. Some are former financial aid advisors; all share a commitment to improving Financial Aid processes.

“The role of the Financial Aid staff is incredibly important to students,” she notes. “Our job is to help them use our products effectively—so they have more time to do the things that will truly change students’ lives.”

The ABCs of Student Finance

The mother of a college student, Chrisy says she has a deep appreciation of Financial Aid, especially when it comes to ‘the ABCs of Student Finance’ (improving accessibility, reducing borrowing, driving down the cost of administration). “Reducing student borrowing has always been important to me,” she says. “Giving students the knowledge and tools to borrow responsibly gives them a much better start in life after graduation.”

Always on the Run

In her rare spare time, Chrisy keeps tabs on her daughter—plus 22 nephews and nieces. She also occasionally runs a marathon (4 so far!), and randomly wonders if drinking wine qualifies as a hobby.
