Arizona startup receives backing from notable education technology investors
Phoenix, Ariz. (July 2, 2015) – CampusLogic announced today the completion of a $4.1 million capital raise. With the proceeds, CampusLogic will increase sales, marketing and product development of its award-winning financial aid student self-service platform.
The convertible note financing included investments from notable education investors, software company founders, and Arizona angel investors. University Ventures, a NY-based venture fund exclusively focused on the global higher education sector, participated in the round as did Continental Investors led by Phil Purcell, the former Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley.
This funding round also included participation from:
