FHSU drives enhanced student experience and administrative efficiencies with CampusLogic

FHSU is implementing StudentForms, a key component of the CampusLogic financial aid engagement platform. “We believe that the electronic notifications, mobile application and smart logic will dramatically decrease the amount of follow-up necessary to obtain complete and accurate documents from students. This will lessen the administrative burden required for processing and limit the potential for errors,” Rohleder-Sook explains. “Most noticeably, it will make document submission easier via mobile upload and students will have clearer direction to ensure the information they provide is accurate and complete. This should all decease the need for additional clarification and potential re-submission of documents.”
StudentForms automates FAFSA verification, professional judgments, SAP appeals, and c-code resolution processes. StudentForms enables mobile document submission for students, and provides a student engagement portal where the entire verification process is managed digitally, facilitating student notifications, document collection, data validation and school communication. Current StudentForms users have decreased verification processing times between 50 to 90 percent, while eliminating paper workflows and improving student satisfaction. Automated student follow-up via SMS/text will further decrease the cycle time and improve the student experience.
